I am very happy with this product. My mother has used it several times, and it works good. I have no idea how long the battery lasts. I ususlly plug in after every second use since it is no trouble to charge. I am inpressed with the way it is made and seems of sturdy construction. Would recomend it for anyone who is worried about getting in and out of a tub.

I just put it together and there was a little confusion over where the red button should click in. The picture was clear but too close up to see which part it is on. The vinyl seat cover that clips into little holes does not fit properly. It seem to be made for a different model. I will call about that later. The seat looks great and the battery is charging. I will give an update when I get to try it out.
